1.1 Reservation
Policy-
50% deposit of total
trip price is required within 30 days to secure
hunting dates. Remaining portion of trip must be
paid in complete at least 60 days prior to
departure.
1.2 Cancellation
Policy-
Cancellations and date changes are not permitted
and the deposit and total balance (if paid) are
non refundable. A reasonable attempt may be made
in very special circumstances, but this is not
guaranteed, and in all cases the deposit and total
balance (if paid) are not refundable.
1.3 Payment
options-
Check, money order,
Visa and Mastercard are acceptable payment
options, however with credit card payment clients
must initial section 1.1, 1.2, sign and date the
bottom of Southern Outfitting Company LLC’s
polices terms and conditions before credit card
payment is accepted.
1.4 Force
Majeure- Should events occur that
are beyond the control of Southern Outfitting
Company LLC and their associates, such as acts of
God, war, serious illness, threats and/or acts or
terrorism, civil disturbances, inclement weather,
flight cancellations, flight delays, denied entry
into the country, lost luggage and equipment,
Southern Outfitting Company LLC is not liable.
1.5 Disclaimers-
Southern Outfitting Company LLC and their
associates provide no guarantee of the quality of
any portion of the trip provided. Due to weather
conditions, flight/feeding patterns, migration and
general bird and game conditions Southern
Outfitting Company LLC makes no guarantee related
to the quantity of bird or game that hunters may
see or have opportunity to harvest.
1.6
Safety-
Southern Outfitting Company LLC,s associates
reserve the right to stop hunting at any time
during the trip if unsafe firearm and shooting
practices occur. Southern Outfitting Company LLC
will not be held liable for hunting stoppage and
will not offer reimbursement in any way should an
unsafe event occur.
1.7 Firearms,
Luggage and Equipment-
Southern Outfitting Company LLC is not liable for
lost, stolen and/or damaged personal belongings
including firearms, hunting equipment and personal
items, whether the loss occur due to airlines,
airports, ground transportation, lodge or in the
field.
1.8 Sickness,
Injury or Death-
Southern Outfitting Company LLC is not liable for
any sickness, injury or death regardless and how
and where the event took place during the trip.
Travelers are encouraged to act safely and
responsibly at all times.
Southern Outfitting Company LLC takes great care
in planning each trip with our associates and
outfitters and strives to provide every client
with safe, comfortable, fun and memorable trips.
We strongly encourage each client to purchase
travel insurance/trip cancellation to protect your
investment. We can provide the names of several
reputable insurers at your request.
